🎨 以畫筆描繪多彩世界 🎨
《彩繪澄心》展覽透過豐富的色彩出發，讓觀者從畫作感受創作者的内心，與其產生共鳴與連結。
「在全球疫情大流行的『新常態』，我們的生活亦回歸本源。新日常的生活，讓我有更多機會營造空間去細聽自己內心的聲音、與身邊人連繫、以及創作。透過靜觀冥想和澄心生命自覺的身心練習，覺察當下，探索個人意感和直覺潛藏著的內心世界，以不同色彩和形式的視覺語言去表達。這個過程讓我深入體驗實實在在的生活感，並有助於在這充滿挑戰的非常時期培養身心平衡和韌力。我相信我們的內心世界是一個富有內在資源的泉源，充滿從日常經驗培養的洞察力，和可讓我們發現、探索和體現的創造力，讓我們過得更快樂、豐富和有意義。」 ‒ 藝術家陳穎昭

- 註冊臨床心理學家，曾修讀香港大學社會科學學士、碩士（臨床心理學）和心理學博士、澳洲皇家墨爾本理工大學藝術碩士

“In the ‘New Normal’, things are paring down to the basics. With social distancing, spending more time at home enables me to create more space to listen to myself, have quality time with people around me, and make artwork.
Embodying mindfulness meditation and focusing practice, I create artwork directly from my inner felt sense and intuition that serve as a doorway to my inner world. This process connects to my true presence and helps cultivate balance and resilience during these challenging times. With a beginner’s heart, I use the visual language of colors and forms to crystallize such authentic experience of being.
I believe that our inner world is a wellspring of resources, full of insights we have cultivated in daily life as well as creativity we can discover, explore and manifest to lead a more joyful, fruitful and meaningful life.” - artist Michelle Chan
