2026年香港藝術節將古希臘喜劇《利西翠妲》改編為中文版演出——《姊姊妹妹站起來》。作為古希臘現存的十一部喜劇之一，《利西翠妲》講述了利西翠妲如何團結雅典和斯巴達的女性，通過舉行性罷工來結束戰爭。在這次講座中，羅松堅先生及關灝泉博士將從希臘戲劇和哲學的角度討論《利西翠妲》。講座將探討古希臘喜劇的起源和特點、當中反映的議題，以及幽默中蘊含的智慧。

Jockey Club East-meets-West Series: Aristophanes’ Lysistrata — Wisdom and Expression (talk)
A Chinese-language adaptation of Aristophanes’ Lysistrata will be staged at the 2026 Hong Kong Arts Festival. One of only 11 surviving comedies from ancient Greece, Lysistrata tells the story of a woman who unites the women of Athens and Sparta to enforce a sex strike in protest against war. In this discussion, Mr Law Chung Kin and Dr Kwan Ho Chuen will examine Lysistrata through the lenses of Greek drama and philosophy, exploring the origins and defining features of Greek comedy, the social issues it confronts and the philosophical wisdom embedded in its humour.
