有记名茶1890年创立於厦门,1949年迁於现址经营,品牌成立逾130年来完整保留焙笼间与焙茶窟,是台北市唯一运作至今的精制焙茶工厂,以「监定、拼配、烘焙」等制茶技术,使茶叶透过比例、温度与时间,达到极富品牌调性的灵魂香韵,倾尽百年推广茶文化。
Wang Tea was founded in 1890 in Xiamen and relocated to its current site in Taipei in 1949. More than 130 years later, it remains the only operating tea processing and roasting factory in Taipei, preserving its traditional roasting chamber and charcoal-firing pit. With deep expertise in “tasting, blending and roasting,” Wang Tea has refined the art of tea through balance, heat and time—crafting signature aromas that embody the soul of the brand. Every detail speaks of its century-long dedication to the cultural promotion of tea.

有记名茶现址建筑本身为1922年兴建之传统砖造街屋。

因应国内外市场转型,有记在2000年整理为前店(茶行)後厂(制茶工厂)模式,第五代接班人王圣钧与姐姐更於2020年於本店旁成立新创品牌Wangtea Lab,除了延续精制茶制技艺,更以实验精神注入咖啡、调酒中的手冲、浓缩、调制与汲饮概念,成为「茶与饮」承先启後的历史节点。
In response to shifts in both domestic and international markets, Wang Tea restructured its operations in 2000 into a “front-shop, back-factory” model—combining a retail tea house with an on-site roasting facility. In 2020, fifth-generation successor Sheng-Jun Wang and his sister launched the new brand Wangtea Lab next to the flagship store. Beyond carrying forward the art of refined tea production, Wangtea Lab embraces an experimental spirit, infusing hand-brewing, espresso, mixology, and extraction techniques from coffee and cocktails into a contemporary tea experience. The result is a new cultural milestone at the intersection of traditional tea and modern drink innovation.

位於有记後厂的焙笼间与满载炭火的焙茶窟对第五代接班人王圣钧而言即为儿时的游乐场。
For Sheng-Jun Wang, the back-factory roasting chamber and charcoal kiln were his childhood playground.

Wangtea Lab吧台与包厢以附近洗衣店与有记互动的故事为基础,创作出在焙笼间晒衣场景意象的吊灯为视觉亮点。
Wangtea Lab’s bar and private rooms draw inspiration from neighborhood stories—particularly the old laundromat across the street—accentuated by pendant lights designed to resemble garments drying above the roasting chamber.

Wangtea Lab在铁件设计注入代表品牌精神的「拼、烘、冲」三字。
The bar’s custom ironwork features three characters that represent the brand’s core: Blend, Roast, Brew.

注入氮气与二氧化碳打造细腻气泡饮感的Draft系列在零糖量与热量的前提下品味花果蜜香气。
The Draft Series, infused with nitrogen and carbon dioxide, delivers a refined sparkling texture—zero sugar, zero calories,while offering floral, fruity and honeyed notes.
