｜溯古 Then｜
建筑原址在清朝由板桥林家兴建，传闻曾为接待钦差大臣的居所，日治时期1931年重建为六连栋洋楼街屋样式，每栋皆为一进式建筑，於2008年被列为台北市定历史建筑。
The site originally belonged to the Lin family of Banqiao during the Qing Dynasty and was said to have hosted imperial envoys. In 1931, during the Japanese colonial era, the structure was rebuilt into a row of six connected Western-style townhouses, each featuring a single deep-set unit. In 2008, the compound was officially listed as a city-designated historic building.

The six-unit townhouse facade reflects the Western-style flourishes popular during the era.

OrigInn Space团队於2013接手，历时3年整建并规划５间双人房，顺应水线位於天井後方的配置设计卫浴，让旅客得以体验「传统台北民居的生活动线」，每间房间皆配有黑胶唱机、选书与台湾在地茶叶与文具，因其特色曾被NY Times旅游专栏36 Hours报导。
In 2013, the OrigInn Space team took over the property and spent three years restoring and redesigning it into five thoughtfully planned double rooms. Bathrooms were configured behind the central courtyard, following the waterline—a nod to traditional Taipei residential layouts. Every room features a vinyl record player, a curated book selection and locally sourced tea and stationery, creating a culturally immersive stay. This one-of-a-kind concept was featured in The New York Times “36 Hours” travel column.

以「洗石子」工法制成的天井墙面
The courtyard walls are finished using traditional terrazzo techniques.
楼梯采多重材料与工法，包含磨石子梯面与扶手、洗石子勾边、灰泥涂刷梯墙与木工开窗等，体现当时屋主的高度社经地位。
The staircase showcases a blend of materials and craftsmanship—terrazzo steps and handrails, terrazzo edging, plastered stairwell walls, and handcrafted wood-framed windows—reflecting the original homeowner’s high social standing.
重新打造的传统磨石子浴缸，出自执业数十年的南部老师傅之手。
The traditional terrazzo bathtub was custom-built by a southern Taiwanese artisan with decades of experience.
房间内部北欧老件与再制家具彰显中西合璧、新旧交融的巧思。
Inside, a thoughtful mix of vintage Nordic pieces and upcycled furnishings reflects a seamless blend of East and West, past and present.
